Are there any shipping charges?

Will I receive my order in a single package?
It depends on the order. If the order is sensitive it will be packed in separate packet. So it won’t destroy or break while shipping/delivering.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
Yes, you will receive your order on all working and non-working days of the week except on Public Holidays
What are the Delivery Charges?
Depends on products size and quantity, 500 gm and above product charge will be more than flat shipping rate, Flat shipping rate is 80 Rs
What is the estimated delivery time?
For Dehradun item will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
Depends upon the distance of the state through which the order has been placed from Dehradun. we will try our best to deliver your product as soon as possible but maximum 7-8 days are required for the Order to deliver.
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by barbareek.in ?
The Web price is included of everything.
Return Policy
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return, if you are in Dehradun our executive will come and take the parcel from your residence.
If you are from outside Dehradun then you have to courier the product on a particular address by yourself in which the courier charges are bared by customer itself and till the product is not received by us your amount will not be refunded. The day we received our product back and the product is being examined then only the payment will be refunded.
How customer has to return, undamaged & original packing condition not tampered ?
Once the product received by the Customer from our end, he/she have to bare the cost of courier by its own for returning it back, it can be (Undamaged, Original Packing or not Tampered) in any condition.We will pay back after deducting the Charge/transaction fee applied to that Invoice. The amount will be refunded within 20 days.
Replacement Policy
Your replacement request may have to undergo a verification process
When you will do return the product for replacement, it will be done in below conditions:
1) Size mismatch
2) Order Something got something else
Cost of return (Courier) will be bared by customer itself.
Once we received the product for replacement, we will reviewed it, and we will replace it with in 7 working days.
Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated with in 20 days once we received the product and examined it.
Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal and chargeback of any transaction.

Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.
Cancel Policy
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 12 Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the amount to you with in 10-15 days but transaction fees charged would not be refunded/reversed, We will not be able to cancel those order that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
You can wait for the order to deliver it may be stuck or if it’s too late in delivery of the product you can directly contact on the number displayed on site.
Note : In case of dispute kindly provide (POD Copy & Invoice Receipt)
